EDUCATION
Luke Saunders brings a breadth of professional experience to dynamic day-long chainsaw safety trainings. Trainings focus on improving chainsaw operator safety and optimizing comfort and efficiency with this powerful tool. We enjoy sharing this experience with a wide range of saw users. The training environment challenges participants within a supportive structure.
PLANNING
Land management planning involves working with the landowner to understand their objectives, and working with the land to understand what is possible. We observe and measure land resources, analyze data and maps, and use this information to create prescriptions aimed to achieve landowner objectives. Blue Heron Stewardship, LLC is experienced in writing forest management plans for landowners with a wide range of goals, focused on improving resiliency and enhancing diversity.
